How the journey is going ....

I've never really liked the idea of keeping a journal or diary of my life. I've tried several times, and I never seem to be able to keep up with it. There is also the little idea in my head that somebody scrupulous will get a hold of my innermost secrets and thoughts. Just like in "Mean Girls" where passages from a diary cause the entire school to go crazy and make Tim Meadows almost flip his lid.

Well, why not try blogging then, right? I mean there is no way somebody would be able to read anything I am writing on this soon to be defunct Internet thingamabob (on a side note, did you know thingamabob doesn't show up under spell check? weird). So, because I believe I will have all my privacy on Google, I'd love for anybody to join me in this world of blogging. I think people might start doing this, so I better be ahead of the curve.

This will obviously be something that gets better as I go. I'd like to keep anyone who decides to read this entertained however I can. I'll likely write about sports, pop culture, news events, and most importantly me and how the life of a hopeful journalist is going. Expect links to various odd/fun/thought provoking stories that I am reading.
